Buyer
The person whose name, address and contact details appear in the order form.
2 – Subject
The rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered on www.drivexmotion.com, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
3 – Product, price and payment
As stated in the order summary, which forms an integral part of this contract.
4 – General terms
- The Buyer confirms having read the pre-information form.
- Products are delivered within 30 days at the latest.
- If delivery becomes impossible, the Seller informs the Buyer within 3 days and refunds within 14 days.
5 – Right of withdrawal
14 days from delivery, without reason or penalty. The Seller refunds within 14 days of the notice; the Buyer returns the product within 10 days.
6 – Exceptions
Personalised products and other cases in Article 15 of the Regulation.
7 – Disputes
Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits announced each year, and Consumer Courts above them.
