Privacy notice (KVKK)

• Customer transactions: orders, requests and complaints
• Finance: invoice and payment details (card data is processed by the payment institution)
• Security: IP address, session and verification logs, password hash
• Marketing: communication preferences and cookies, with your consent
• CV details, if you apply for a job

• Membership, authentication and information security
• Invoicing, accounting and legal obligations
• Requests, complaints and warranty

Legal grounds and collection

Data is collected via our website, WhatsApp, e-mail, phone and dealers, and processed on the grounds in Article 5/2 KVKK (performance of a contract, legal obligation, establishing or protecting a right, legitimate interest) and, for marketing, your explicit consent.

Transfers

Data may be transferred, limited to these purposes and in line with Articles 8 and 9 KVKK, to logistics companies, payment institutions, authorised dealers and service points, legal and financial advisors, IT suppliers and competent authorities.

Your rights

Under Article 11 KVKK you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose, know the recipients, request correction, deletion or destruction, request notification of these to recipients, object to automated decisions against you and claim compensation for unlawful processing. Applications are answered free of charge within 30 days.
