Delivery time
In-stock products are usually delivered within 3-5 business days of order confirmation. For pre-orders and custom configurations the estimated date is shown on the product page and in the confirmation. The legal maximum is 30 days.

- Our team calls you to agree a convenient day and time.
- Basic operation and safety are explained at handover.
- Depending on your region, delivery may be made by an authorised dealer.
Accessories and spare parts
Shipped with partner carriers. Your tracking number appears on the Order Tracking page and by e-mail once the order is shipped.
On receipt
Check the outer packaging before accepting. You may refuse a damaged parcel by having the courier draw up a damage report.
Delivery costs
Delivery within Türkiye is free. For international shipments, costs and times are shown at checkout.
