Cancellations and returns are handled in line with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting info@drivexmotion.com or +90 850 888 10 73 with your order number. The amount is refunded to your payment method within 14 days.
Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason and without penalty. Simply notify us within this period by e-mail, phone or in writing.
Conditions
- Return the product with its box, accessories, manual and invoice.
- A deduction may apply for wear, damage or missing parts beyond normal inspection use.
Exceptions
- Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised
- Products unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons
- Other cases listed in Article 15 of the Regulation
Return process
1. Notify us of your withdrawal with your order number. 2. Send the product within 10 days with the carrier we indicate; return shipping is free with our partner carrier. 3. We refund the amount within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.
Defective products
If a product is defective, you may use your statutory rights (withdrawal, price reduction, free repair or replacement). Please have a damage report drawn up by the courier before accepting a damaged parcel.
